Marketing Coordinator

About the job

Working with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing compelling marketing and advertising campaigns for various channels (sales, marketing & public relations). Do you have experience in creation, production and execution of quality content? Do you have a passion for the latest trends in online and offline marketing? Are you drawn to beauty in simplicity and have an affinity for the fashion industry? Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns that increase the overall brand presence both online and offline using a diverse range of marketing channels including, SEO, PPC, PR, Social Media, Emailing, Events, Trade Shows, Blogs and Websites.
  • Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Plan, organise, write & update promotional material & presentations.
  • Update and work according to a marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate internal and external events.
  • Manage external stakeholders for content creation.
  • Measure the impact of campaigns by collecting, analysing, and summarising data using related analytical platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Assist with media support and creation of PR content including initiating partnerships with relevant industry players.
  • Actively promote the brand guidelines in reference to tone of voice, style of communication and positioning within the company

As a startup, we have an all-hands-on-deck mentality so your day-to-day tasks would vary and you’ll need the strength of good organisation to manage your own time and tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

We believe that in order to excel in this position you should identify with the following;

  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing, communications or PR experience
  • Native or near-native English (preferably with knowledge of another European language)
  • Energetic, hands-on approach with multi-channel marketing experience
  • Advanced digital and social user with Photoshop, InDesign, etc. skills being a plus
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry, brands and other relevant players
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of technical and non-tech people
  • Strong team player but also a self starter
  • Approved working rights in The Netherlands
  • Available full-time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for an energetic, driven, ambitious and fearless Business Development Manager (BDM) to connect with prospects and generate new business opportunities to drive growth for our company. If you are an aggressive hunter, explorer and passionate about new challenges; we want you to join our Business Development Team.

Being a BDM on our sales team also means you will support Brands and Retailers with general support questions, be the ambassador to our community when Brands and Retailers sign up and be willing to help out wherever needed. As we are starting up our team is new and quickly growing. If you want to make a real impact in today’s fashion business, helping both parties digitalize their businesses and making use of modern technology, than this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales prospecting, targeting, developing and qualifying prospective customers.
  • Initiating face-to-face, phone and email contact with potential prospects and leads.
  • Establishing a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Working together with Sales Director and other team members to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive sales qualified opportunities.
  • Monitoring and refine sales lead processes and metrics, continuous learning and improving.
  • Seeking feedback from our customers and communicating back to product and tech teams.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Sales and Business development experience in the Fashion industry and/or Saas
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience and knowledge of the fashion industry, brands and retailers of all sizes
  • Results focussed and driven personality: No one needs to push you to excel, it’s just who you are
  • Experience in working with a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce

Backend Software Engineer

Backend Software Engineer

You are a software engineer who is comfortable building and scaling systems, overseeing the full stack and setting up and using cloud infrastructure / services. You care about continuous everything and automation of anything you’ll do often enough.

On top of that, these describe you:

  • Excellence in a JVM based language (Java 8, Scala).
  • Proficient at one or more dynamic languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, JavaScript).
